| Product Overview |
The First Degree Fitness Step Right Up is a user-friendly item of fitness equipment that offers more benefits than a treadmill, requiring less floor space and consuming less energy. There is no electrical drive motor, which reduces power consumption to a mere 60 Watts, same as a medium intensity domestic light. Step Right Ups electronics precisely control an electromagnetic braking system, which regulates machine speed, matching the feed rate of steps per minute to the user's programmed requirement and personal energy input. The step lock system employs a photo-optic sensor that will automatically stop the unit if the user exceeds the lower limit of travel. The step lock also enables the user to stand still on the stairs while programming workout information in comfort. It features contact heart rate monitor, and total floors, total calories, and total time programs. Exercising everyday on this Step Right Up will increase oxygen intake and muscle strength, and improves bone density. |
The Jacobs Ladder provides the most efficient exercise for those serious about conditioning. It utilizes low impact, high range of motion exercise to provide a superior cardio workout. It involves upper body, arms, and shoulders increasing cardiovascular activity and providing total body benefits. The natural climbing position reduces stress and pressure on back and hips.
The long dynamic climbing stroke insures a wide range of leg and lower body muscle utilization. The low impact activity mitigates strain on joints. An adjustable belt and tether line activate climbing system. The climbing system automatically adjusts to desired speed and breaks to a complete stop when climbing stops.
The Jacobs Ladder places the subject on a 40 Degree angle thereby taking stress off of the lower back and knees. It gives the user a constant 12 inch step giving a complete range of motion and has no upper end speed thereby giving the athlete the option of training either aerobically or anaerobically. It is low impact, non-motorized and therefore very reliable over time. |
The Product Overview is the newest version of the original stair stepper machine which offers the user a real stair climbing experience, often called "The Toughest Workout in the Gym". The Product Overview uses a revolving staircase which can vary in speed enabling the machine to simulate walking or running up a flight of stairs. |
