The Fitball Movin Step Gait Cushion Stepper is ideal for moderate balance challenge and gait training, or to simulate a stair stepper for cardio exercise. It is inflated by faster-blaster air pump or by mouth. The air flows between each chamber though a valve-simply twist the valve for greater resistance. |

You get a workout like the larger, more expensive steppers, but with a stepper that is affordable, light-weight enough to take along, and small enough to store at home or at work.
Two medium-resistance removable toning bands with easy-grip foam handles add an upper body workout to your step routine. Remove the toning bands to use alone for total body strength training. The battery-operated electronic monitor tracks the number of steps per minute, number of steps during the workout, workout time, and calories burned. With a sturdy steel construction, this compact designed stepper lets you work out anywhere and stores away in small spaces. The wide, textured steps keep feet secure during your workout. The skid resistant rubber floor protectors also prevent skidding. |
The Denise Austin Mini Stepper combines the lower body workout of steps with the upper body workout provided by the resistance arms for full body cardiovascular conditioning. The resistance for the arm movements is controlled using dial adjustment. This compact unit comes complete with dual hydraulic cylinders for resistance and an electronic monitor for tracking time and steps taken. It is very compact in design for storage when not in use. The Denise Austin Mini Stepper has heavy duty steel frame for years of long life, smooth pulley design for quiet operation, and allows the user to change the resistance level to vary the workout.
