Great if you're just starting a stepper workout routine or don't have a lot to spend. These mini steppers give you the basics benefits of steppers - improved cardiovascular and lower body toning. However, if you're looking for an intense workout or you're heavy, these probably won't be able to handle you, so you'll want to look at our Full Size or Climber Steppers.

Full Size Steppers are the big brothers of Mini Steppers. They have a more substantial frame, with handlebars to keep you stable. They also have built in motors and computers to control the intensity of your workout, as well as offering programs to keep you engaged.

Unlike Climbers, Full Size Steppers have two steps, one for each foot that moves up and down. Each step is controlled independently so you have to work hard to keep them moving. The independently moving steps also allow for a varied step height, allowing the user to control the height difference of the steps based on how fast they step.

Climbers are a revolving set of stairs that the user actually ascends, or climbs. Unlike Mini Steppers or Full Size the stairs themselves are not impacted by the force or weight of the user. The Stair Height cannot be changed, so you'll want to make sure you're comfortable with the Stair Height on the Climber you choose.
