The treadmill is the most popular and one of the most used of all indoor aerobic fitness equipment. The Stamina INMotion II manual Treadmill is an easy affordable way to get a great cardiovascular workout at home regardless of the weather or time of day. Because there is no motor it is quiet so you can work out while you watch TV or listen to music without disturbing others. The long walking or running deck accommodates both longer and shorter strides and you can adjust the incline for the workout intensity that is right for you. When not in use; fold roll and store away in a closet or corner.

Comments about Stamina Stamina INMotion II manual Treadmill:

I wanted something to help me rebuild some cardio endurance after an coronary artery blockage. This unit is light weight, very portable, and allows me to set up in seconds where ever and whenever I'm ready to use it. The monitor is simple, and easy to set up and monitor your progress. A little shaky at first because without a motor you have to get into a rhythm for it to operate smoothly but that comes quickly and you're on your way. I wouldn't recommend this style for the jogger but for a good walking workout this will do the job as well as any of the unit costing a lot more.

Comments about Stamina Stamina INMotion II manual Treadmill:

I've used this treadmill every day since I got it 5 days ago. A mile a day so far. Trying to work my way up. But, it's very challenging. There is no "flat" level. There are only 2 inclines. But, for the price, it gets the job done. I have been very happy with it. And, the monitor works well and keeps me motivated. If I were training for a marathon or something I definitely would get a more expensive treadmill. This one is just for light walking/jogging. Good for people who just need to do an in-home cardio workout. My husband tried to walk on it and it almost fell apart, so I really don't recommend it for larger people or people with a long stride. But, for me, a small woman who just wants to walk a mile or two on a daily basis, it's perfect!

Comments about Stamina Stamina INMotion II manual Treadmill:

I guess I got a good one. Everything works well. The belt does try to slip to the right. I will continue to adjust it, so I think I will get it to stabilize. If not, small cookies.

I love the width and length of Belt.

I haven't had it long enough to gauge weight loss.

It has been good for me, and I'm under 5'2" and 80 years old.

Comments about Stamina Stamina INMotion II manual Treadmill:

I use the treadmill in my office during breaks, lunch, before or after work. It's perfect for my needs and doesn't take up much room. I'm surprised at what a good work out it gives you. It is a little noisy, but easy to operate - you just get on, grab the handles, and walk. This is a great product for the money. Would not recommend for big, heavy set people - not sturdy enough.

Comments about Stamina Stamina INMotion II manual Treadmill:

Overall I am very happy with this treadmill. My only problems with it are that it is noisier than I thought it would be from the description, and I really can't use it while watching TV because it is too loud to hear the television. The wheels to move it are very small and it's hard to move without scratching the wood floor. I move it on the mat, but it's a little cumbersome that way.Other than that I am very pleased with the quality of the treadmill and it serves my exercise needs perfectly.[...]

Comments about Stamina Stamina INMotion II manual Treadmill:

This product is terrible. The running band is curling at the edges, it does not run steady as it seems to stick in certain spots. It came with no lubrication at all. The band keeps moving towards the edge causing friction. It is extremely noisy. Digital readout confusing.

Comments about Stamina Stamina INMotion II manual Treadmill:

The treadmill is easy to use and I like the fact that I can move it. The only negative thing I have to say is that I wish it was quieter. I was hoping to use it while I watch TV, but I can't really hear the TV when I use it and I don't want to disturb the neighbors by turning it way up. All in all I like it though, and feel like I get a really good workout, so I use my ipod for music instead.

Comments about Stamina Stamina INMotion II manual Treadmill:

This is great value for money. Easy to assemble and use. Folds away neatly to save space. Great product for this low a price but you do get what you pay for. I am just 5'6" and 145lb but even when I just walk on it at 3 miles/hr it seems unstable and I have to hold on to bars to keep steady. The ramp is quite short too. The controls are easy to read.

This is a good product for the price. As the average price for a treadmill is so high, this is a great value. The workout is exactly what you put into it. It is a definite buy for low impact or just walking.

Low Impact Exercise, Weight Loss
Describe Yourself:

Comments about Stamina Stamina INMotion II manual Treadmill:

I'm using it to get in shape. Needed something I can place in the living room but easily move & store. Easy to set up, more intense than just walking. Be aware the the more level the belt, the more intense the workout. Still getting used to it and look forward to increasing workout times. Is quiet enough for me to use while watching tv. Belt adjustment works fine, remember to make small adjustments and then test how it runs.

Doesn't roll as well as I would wish, but would need larger wheels to do so.

By the way, the main image of this treadmill is wrong, the curved part at the bottom of the front legs goes in front(at least on my instructions).

Comments about Stamina Stamina INMotion II manual Treadmill:

Product is ok but can be improved. The left fly wheel wobbles a little. The monitor is fair at best. In fact the speed readout is ridiculous showing 38 to 50 miles per hour.
Stamina replaced numerous parts I requested as I desired to improve the product quality but it did not help much.

Describe Yourself:
Occasional Exerciser
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Comments about Stamina Stamina INMotion II manual Treadmill:

I'm an occasional exerciser, but this is so easy to move around because it is small (yet big enough) and easy to store, especially if you live in a condo or small apartment. Anyway, I think I will be exercising a lot more. It's a little difficult to walk on because it's manual, but it's really good once you get "in the groove". You start to sweat in about 5 minutes (instead of 20 minutes on an electric) but I really feel it in my legs, gluts, ARMS, heart, etc. I feel like I'm getting a good work out. You can stop & rest & continue on if you like. I really like it! I leave it on an incline because it actually moves along easier than if it's flat.

By MaxineVerified Purchaser from Southaven, MS on 8/18/2008
Pros:

Cons:
Confusing Controls, Incline too high not adj, Noisy, Uncomfortable
Best Uses:
Low Impact Exercise, Weight Loss
Describe Yourself:
Gym Rat

Comments about Stamina Stamina INMotion II manual Treadmill:

I use this treadmill for daily exercise in my home, however, I'm not pleased with it's height, I have to hold on too tightly to keep from falling backwards. Would prefer being able to adjust the height a little lower and I think this would make a tremendous difference in being motivated to use it. I like the ease of putting it together. The latch needs to be tighter, mine is too easy to come unlatched before I lower it to the floor to use. I would not recommend to anyone elderly.

Good idea, poorly executed
By Fast WalkerVerified Purchaser from Media, PA on 8/13/2008
Pros:
Cheap, Compact, Easy To Store
Cons:
Bad cushioning, Difficult to adjust, Uncomfortable
Best Uses:
Weight Loss
Describe Yourself:
Gym Rat
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Comments about Stamina Stamina INMotion II manual Treadmill:

A compact and cheap self-propelled treadmill is a great idea, but this one is just not good enough. It has only two incline options, and to change incline you have to get off, unscrew and screw on parts. Flat is not an option at all. Adjusting the belt so it is even is a major exercise in frustration and requires an allan wrench. As a result, the belt is always too loose, too taut, or is sliding to one side or the other. My treadmill is plain impossible to adjust perfectly because one of the parts I have no access to is jammed inside -- defective. I realized it too late to send the thing back.
So, again, I support the principle. But this model or brand name makers have cut too many corners. I do not recommend it.
