I had an older step for 15 plus yrs, it was shorter, slide on the carpet and well worn as it was breaking down in the center. I workout an hour a day and much on the step with weights. I really have enjoyed the new one, longer, durable, higher with extra extentions and does not slide as it has grip pads. Really love it! Gives me a great workout. EWE I call it, energize with exercise! YOU can do it too!

Great purchase, no complaints! I purchased this instead of a weight bench because you can use it not only for cardio use, but it's long and wide enough to lay down on and use with free weights. And I like it better than a weight bench because when not in use, you can just slide it under the couch without having to adjust or collapse anything - which is very important if you live in a condo or other small space!
