The Super Deck is constructed with 13 layers of cross-woven, laminate-coated, ultra-dense Russian birch wood and eucalyptus hardwood with a self-lubricating resin-coat system. The frame, coated in RFT polyurea elastomer applied at 2000 PSI fuses, is 4 times more durable than a truck bed liner coating, vastly superior to powder coating or painted finishes, and prevents rust and corrosion.
